A time is coming when the love we know in this world will disappear, when there will be less reciprocity and attraction between people. We can already see signs of this developing in the new generation.
Eventually, we will begin to feel that we have nothing left to live for and nothing with which to fulfill ourselves.
Then we will begin asking for a different kind of love, a different kind of fulfillment. After all, man does not live by bread alone. We will begin to feel that we need the true source of all fulfillment.
This will be a moment of immense disillusionment, but at the same time, it will bring about a key revelation. Humanity will begin to ask: How can we fulfill ourselves? How can we exist? Where is the source that can indeed satisfy us?
This is how we gradually disconnect from familiar sources of pleasure. It is as though we are being led through a passage to the true source.
And that source is the general system, force, and law of nature, a quality of love and bestowal, also called “the Creator.” There is no other source. Eventually, a person will come to feel: “This is the Creator of my life and of all my aspirations. He is everything I truly want. I want only Him.”
Throughout our egoistic development, too, everything we have ever desired has ultimately been a search for Him. We simply did not recognize the true source toward which all our desires were directed. Eventually, however, we will. Then, humanity’s search for fulfillment will become a search for the Creator.
