What Does God Intend for Us?

This cannot be explained at once. It is not something that can be handed to a person as ready knowledge. It becomes revealed only as a result of great inner work on oneself. Then we come to a state where we become filled with the loving, selfless, and giving attitude toward us, which also becomes of utmost importance to us.

If you ask whether it is worth seeking a wise plan or a lofty goal in life, I would say that for an ordinary person, it is better not to. They will not find them through speculation. Rather, they should live simply, to “live in order to live.” Precisely through this simple and unpretentious attitude, they will sooner come to understand the relationship of the upper force to them. Paradoxically, they will reach it faster than if they constantly philosophize, seek, and tear themselves apart in pursuit of meaning.

How, then, does one learn to accept all the turns of fate, especially when today they are so sharp and unexpected? One must begin to relate to life as to a game, not frivolously, but with inner excitement. As in a game of chess: your opponent makes a move, places a piece, and you respond with your own move. Or in a card game, a new card is thrown on the table, and now you must think, adjust, and respond. You are happy to be in such interaction. Similarly, every event in life is like a move made toward you.

If you begin to perceive life like this, then every step you take in response becomes your internal adventure. Your thoughts are constantly engaged with “How do I respond? What is required of me now?” Gradually, whether you clearly formulate it or not, you begin to sense that through such moves you are in connection with the upper force. That is the direction of the journey, to reveal the upper force in this interaction.

This connection with the upper force is the destination. Indeed, it is infinite. What does that mean? It means that there is no final stop, no end point where you say, “That is it, I have arrived.” The revelation deepens endlessly. So, live and rejoice in this infinity.
